Came across this link on another forum. Certainly looks less "dated" and clearer than the NR» (Network Rail - home page) timetable.

One of those areas where we have stuff here too - but far too well hidden!

Example ...

http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/smr/KGN.html
(or put in any 3 letter code) and you have timetables for that station - current and going back a couple of years too.

Doesn't seem to work for Fishguard & Goodwick: http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/smr/FGW.html although the station is listed as a stop when I request the timetable for Fishguard Harbour (eg. http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/nrtt21summer/Table%20128.pdf - I note that the May 2021 timetable appears to have reduced the Fishguard service back to the pre-2011 two trains per day (the May 2020 timetable still lists all 6/7 but I thought in practice that was reduced to 3 due to COVID cutbacks)).

Don't DOO (Driver-Only Operation (that is, trains which operate without carrying a guard)) it, keep the guard (but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea if the driver unlocked the doors on arrival at calling points).

The station comparison is, I'm afraid, an old index that needs updating so only covers stations existing when we started the forum.  On my list of know issues / they will get rolled into the new pages at places like http://new.passenger.chat/better/map.html?stn=FGW in the not too distant future (on a railway timeline, mind!). On that basis, not putting resources into a temporary fix.

Much more serious the continued service level reduction in the current timetable.  And I have confirmed that with Real Time Trains - just the two trains each way on a random day next week.   By comparison, Heart of Wales back (Llanwrda checked) back up to 4 trains each way.
