Riviera line  Wink

A glorious mixture, I suspect.  Class 150, turbos and IETs (Intercity Express Train) ... perhaps the some 158 and Voyagers as and when the Cross Country services run from there.  Exotic stuff on special trains passing through on their way to Kingswear.

If you count between Exeter and Newton Abbot via Dawlish as well as just the Branch GWR Short Castle HSTs (High Speed Train) and Cross Country HSTs also

The main service is 150s and 166s. 158s mainly at the weekend and vary rare is a 165. 9car 802s (2x5 car 802 don't fit), and Voyagers.

The 166s tend to run one after the other so three in a row. A 166 is always used on the school run although two 165 (four car train) did run once for the school run but could not return to Exmouth as it was too long and had to uncouple at Exeter.

Two steam specials and The Blue Pullman (9 coaches + engines) this summer to Kingswear. Another Pullman (11 coaches +engines) just to Paignton.

Today there should have been a Saphos Trains Devon Belle from Paddington to Kingswear but it is coming as empty stock from Crewe to Kingswear passing Paignton at 14.31 (5Z50). Another empty stock move from Southall to Kingswear (engine possibly?) at 17.00 (5Z46)

This train leaves Kingswear tomorrow fully booked to Cardiff 1Z70 825 at Paignton returns as 1Z72 at 21.29.

Leaves Kingswear Wednesday as 5Z50 empty to Crewe passing Paignton at 14.02.

Dawlish cams is a good to see what's what.

Technicallity - should that be "Royal Scot" rather than "the Royal Scot", thinking about previous discussions around "Flying Scotsperson" versus "The Flying Scotsperson"?   I am very much aware that the addition of "the" to people and places is erratic, mind.  In 2019, we went to THE USA; we are headed for THE Canaries, THE Greece (!) and THE Sweden (!) in our plans.

No problems with my current location. Canada has never been The Canada,  although previously it was The Dominion of Canada
