Looking at all the various references to single and double line sections, do I have this right?

= Exeter St Davids to Pinhoe
- Pinhoe to Honiton
= Honiton
- Honiton to Axminster
= Axminster (dymanic loop)
- Aminster to (Chard Junction)
= (Chard Junction)
- (Chard Junction) to Yeovil Junction
= Yeovil Junction to nearly Templecombe
- Templecombe to Gillingham
= Gillingham
- Gillingham through Tisbury to (Tisbury Loop)
= (Tisbury Loop)
- (Tisbury Loop) to (Wilton)
= (Wilton) to Salisbury

Bracketed locations are not passenger stops, but trains may need to halt there to pass one coming the other way.

Edited to correct a misunderstanding of mine in the Gillingham / Templecombe area

Essentially correct, except that the Gillingham double track section is a loop mainly within the station confines serving both platforms.

Essentially correct, except that the Gillingham double track section is a loop mainly within the station confines serving both platforms.

i.e
- Templecombe
= near Templecombe to Gillingham
- Gillingham through Tisbury to (Tisbury Loop)

should read.....

- Templecombe to Gillingham
= Gillingham
- Gillingham through Tisbury to (Tisbury Loop)
