Details are still fairly limited in this local press article but the building currently being converted into a medical training center next to Plymouth railway station has been seen with smoke billowing out.

This incident led to Plymouth Station being evacuated briefly yesterday.

Maybe they should just convert it into a fire training centreā€¦.  Huh
