15:35 Barnstaple to Exeter Central due 16:45
15:35 Barnstaple to Exeter Central due 16:45 will be reinstated.
It will be started from Exeter St Davids.
It will no longer call at Barnstaple, Umberleigh, Eggesford, Lapford, Morchard Road, Copplestone, Yeoford and Crediton.
This is due to a fault with the signalling system.

Yes, the wording does need altering in examples like this as it sounds silly.  "15:35 Barnstaple to Exeter Central due 16:45 will be partially reinstated" would be better, though even then a little silly with just one stops worth of reinstatement!
