Seen at Westbury last Thursday. Is the South West in the situation where train washing is at a halt because of drought restrictions - but at the same time, water is beginning to cover the Somerset Levels west of Langport?

Often linked to the RHTT▸ (Rail Head Treatment Train)’s that are running around this time of year.
