Dartmouth Steam Railway has been running two trains at 1645 and 2045 from Paignton since 20 November. The Santa specials have all sold out but the others have seats. Not cheap.

Great to see they're still knocking 35p off for concessions... very generous. Still not stopping at intermediate stations either, by the looks of it.

This summer they stopped calling at Goodrington, Churston, and Greenaway.

Saw the train of lights last night and it has a steam engine with tender at either end. Couldn't make out what they were. It only stops at Kingswear for photos. You cannot exit or enter the station. A friend who works for them get 1/4 fare. there are no concessions for pensioners.
