RTT» reports that 11:52 Paddington - Hereford was "cancelled between Oxford and Hereford due to an issue with the train crew (TG)". JourneyCheck reports 15:18 Hereford to London Paddington due 18:29 will be started from Oxford.
It will no longer call at Hereford, Ledbury, Colwall, Great Malvern, Malvern Link, Worcester Foregate Street, Worcester Shrub Hill, Worcestershire Parkway Hl, Pershore, Evesham, Honeybourne, Moreton-In-Marsh, Kingham, Charlbury and Hanborough.
This is due to a shortage of train crew.

It's clearly nothing like the dark days of 2018 but the fact that this thread is up to page 22 (last year's only got to three) does suggest that it's not been a good year service-wise on the north Cotswold Line.
Certainly, when I wake up and check the trains I am always prepared for a cancelation, delay or short-formation. And I am using Delay Repay and the GWR▸ Refund Portal quite regularly too.

13:12 Worcester Foregate Street to London Paddington due 15:30 will be started from Oxford.
It will no longer call at Worcester Foregate Street, Worcester Shrub Hill, Worcestershire Parkway Hl, Pershore, Evesham, Honeybourne, Moreton-In-Marsh, Kingham, Charlbury and Hanborough.
This is due to engineering works not being finished on time.

Sunday late afternoon: the last through train to London.
The next service, 20 minutes later, involves a change and an hour's wait at Newport. The one half an hour later involves a half hour wait at Foregate Street.
The (cancelled) through train: 2 hours 55 minutes. The others around 3 hours 30 minutes, the Newport connections involving an hour's wait.

Not clever ... but (ironically) not as much delay as the bus that went the wrong way yesterday which due in London at 23:40 but the special train didn't drag in until 01:04 . |

It is being delayed between Oxford and Moreton-In-Marsh and is now expected to be 25 minutes late.
This is due to a fault with the signalling system.

...and now cancelled after Great Malvern, where it arrived 30 late. And in consequence: 13:18 Hereford to London Paddington due 16:22 will be started from Great Malvern.
It will no longer call at Hereford, Ledbury and Colwall.
This is due to a fault with the signalling system earlier today.

On Tuesday November 14:
16:58 Paddington - Great Malvern WASN'T cancelled. OK, it was a 5-car, which must have beeen cosy.
20:56 Foregate Street - Paddington ran normally. Also a 5-car, so the 17:57 from Paddington must have been cosy.
