Planning applications particularly on this sort of site often involve the loss of very repurposable existing buildings, so it's good to see some of the structure retained, (and some rebuilt, see condition 20 in the planning officer's report which addresses the chimney)
"Prior to occupation of the building the chimney shown on drawing numbers shall be rebuilt to match in size,
design, form and materials, including matching size, colour and texture of brick and matching mortar the
chimney which has been removed."
The railway will be wishing it had possession of the site for car parking, mind.
