Both pretty much wiped out this morning

"Train late from the depot" in both cases.

Sometimes it is just not your day.  Unit arrived at Twyford but then developed a fault blocking platform 4 with a stopping service from Didcot Parkway left trapped outside the station.  10:15 to Henley finally departed just over 15 minutes late.
