So it’s 2230 on a weekday. Despite advertising otherwise, the ticket office is closed. The excess fares window on platform 3/4 is unmanned and half the ticket machines are closed saying they’re going to be removed shortly.

If a customer wanted to pay cash, use an RTV or other non card mechanism, is this the only main line London terminus with no ability to buy tickets?
