A relative who was sitting on the 1053 Paddington to Worcester at Paddington, ready to leave, has just messaged to say that passengers have been advised by public address that there has been a fatality on the line just outside the station and every train is cancelled from now until early evening

Horribly, sad news.  My heart goes out to all involved

AIUI (as I understand it) it the train involved is 1C10 10:30 PAD» (Paddington (London) - next trains)-WSM and the incident occured near Hanwell. This appears to be confirmed by Open Train Times and from this post on X from a passenger on board that (looking backwards) clearly shows signal SN232 which is the junction signal on the UR for the curve round to Drayton Green:
