If you tap on Ethan's picture you get an explanation. It tells you that ChatGPT is perhaps used to compile the story but a real person checks it.

This article (on a quick read) actually reads quite well,  better than most of the Reach Group local "papers" manage if the articles we are usually linked to are anything to go by.

Presumably if Ethan did use AI, he would simply enter something like "GWR (Great Western Railway) train service alterations near Paddington December 2024" as a search term, it will scour the freely available information on the Internet and produce a first draft.

I wonder how well it can be trained to select suitable photos to go with it?
