Wow that was some delay.... assuming it formed the last train into Plymouth last night, it must have been well over four hours late to cause a delay to this morning's service.
Or could it just possibly be that the reason given for delay isn't exactly 100% accurate? National Rail Enquiries says it left Plymouth on time and got progressively later as far as Highbridge. Which looks to me more like the wrong kind of leaves.
Interestingly, missing out Bath and Chippenham reduced the delay by a grand total of two minutes.
