I'm just interested as I am involved with a local charity which is having a significant birthday and it would be great publicity to name a local train.

Ah yes, IKB▸ (Isambard Kingdom Brunel) is indeed 003.

However 002 is not named Top Of The Pops. It was more recently named Techniquest, however this plate was removed during the MTU▸ (Motor Traction Unit) programme.
