Hi,

I'm travelling on Sunday 26th June and want to be on 21:30 London Paddington to Swansea but its not showing up on any timetables, last one showing is 20:30 Swansea. Why? Its showing every other sunday but 26th june. Very annoying.

Difficult to say for sure - I have two guesses. One is an fault with the journey planner. The second is that, seeing as that's Glastonbury weekend and there are additional services operating to and from Castle Cary to get the hordes home again, the 2130 PAD» (Paddington (London) - next trains)-SWA» (Swansea - next trains) might not run that day and the train be used for a Glasto relief instead. I can't imagine that it's that heavily loaded on a Sunday, and it's the 1930 ex-Paddington that makes the Fishguard ferry connection that night.

That said, there is no mention of the 2130 not running in the summary of timetable alterations pdf for the week in question. Perhaps Ollie or another staff member might be able to advise...?

I am absolutely delighted to confirm that the 21:30 is running.

The reason it's not currently in Journey Planners is because Network Rail have managed to put it as cancelled.
NR» (Network Rail - home page) have been advised so should reinstate it, which will then mean it becomes live in retail systems, but I don't have an answer as to how long this will take.

Sorry.
