off topic but relating to the "well Driven" slogan on the back of grahame's picture, do national express use one of them expensive premium numbers?
I don't
think so unless they have changed. It's hard-to-find unless you've actually got a coach to look at, but an old photo says 0800 22 55 33 which is free, and the format looks the same on the picture I took this morning.
Other numbers I found much more easily for National Express enquiries (and these do cost arm and leg):
0901 226 1762 - which is 1.53 per call
0871 81 81 78 - which is 10p / minute + network charges
0121 460 8400 is the main
HQ▸ switchboard (ah, that's a number you're not paying them to talk to them on!) and I'm also seeing 0121 254 6333 quoted in a couple of places). National Express also quote 0121 455 0086 which is a textphone for the hard of hearing - would be nice if they provide an official enquiry number at the geographic price for everyone, wouldn't it?
