From the FGW website :

10:00 London Paddington to Paignton due 13:47
This train has been revised. It will additionally call at: Didcot Parkway. This is due to an unusually large passenger flow.

Interesting, possibly a large booked party from Oxford? to Huh

Somebody in FGW might actually have made a decision to serve their passengers (shock horror) and put a special stop on a suitable train for the party given the known loading of other services stopping at Didcot or maybe it will save them a change.

Wonders will never cease, perhaps a one hand clap for FGW,  if they could be that flexible all the time we may get a proper railway.

This train will be terminated at Newton Abbot. It will additionally call at: Didcot Parkway. It will no longer call at: Torquay and Paignton. This is due to an earlier train fault.
