From the FGW website :

Line problem between Swansea and Cardiff Central.
Train services between Swansea and Cardiff Central are being disrupted due to a broken down train.Short notice alterations, cancellations and delays of up to 60 minutes can be expected.

11:29 Swansea to London Paddington due 14:32
This train will be started from Port Talbot Parkway.It will no longer call at: Swansea and Neath.This is due to a broken down train.

This follows signalling problems last night (link below.)

Was an Arriva Trains Wales service, was definately broken down, as it had a fire. Not sure of the full details.
