From the FGW website :

Line problem in the Bathampton Junction area.
Train services between Bath Spa and Chippenham are being disrupted due to a person hit by a train in the Bathampton Junction area.Short notice alterations, cancellations and delays of up to 30 minutes can be expected.

07:38 Paignton to London Paddington due 11:42
This train has been revised.It will additionally call at: Westbury.It will no longer call at: Chippenham and Swindon.This is due to a person hit by a train.

07:43 Penzance to London Paddington due 13:42
This train has been revised.It will no longer call at: Chippenham and Swindon.This is due to a person hit by a train.

10:00 London Paddington to Paignton due 13:47
This train has been revised.It will no longer call at: Chippenham and Bath Spa.This is due to a person hit by a train.

10:30 Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington due 12:16
This train has been revised.It will no longer call at: Bath Spa and Chippenham.This is due to a person hit by a train.

10:30 London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads due 12:15
This train has been revised.This is due to a person hit by a train.

11:00 Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington due 12:42
This train has been revised.It will no longer call at: Chippenham and Swindon.This is due to a person hit by a train.

11:30 Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington due 13:15
This train has been revised.It will no longer call at: Bath Spa and Chippenham.This is due to a person hit by a train.

Similar problems in the Exmouth area by the look of it :

11:20 Exmouth to Paignton due 12:41
This train will be started from Topsham.It will no longer call at: Exmouth and Lympstone Village.This is due to a person hit by a train.

I hesitate to call them "fatalities" without being in possession of the full facts, so I have left it at "disruption" for now.

The Bathampton Junction incident is, sadly, a fatality: see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/somerset/7348241.stm

"A BTP spokeswoman said the incident was not being treated as suspicious."

The affected train passes Bathampton Jn at 1146 86 minutes late and was terminated at Bath.

The affected train passes Bathampton Jn at 1146 86 minutes late and was terminated at Bath.

Along with the station being emptied because the mess was so bad to see.....
