I am looking to book online for a journey after June and when going to the available tickets there dont seem to be any of the cheaper "advance fares" available.

Does anyone know if there is a change ahead for fares or is it just too soon for the cheaper fares to appear?

Thanks.

It may be that they are sold out, however I would suggest that if it is after 24 June that they are not and that reservations are just not available yet.

Thats what I was thinking as well. I find it hard to believe every say is sold out in July whilst there are still cheap tickets available for May and June.

I suppose what I am asking is will cheap fares continue post June?

Of course - reservations just aren't open yet.

The advance fares will be changing May 18th. However prices should remain the same for FGW Priced Flows.
We should all remember that have FGW have said they will not put their fares up this year.

All fares are changing names Wink

Ollie, completely off topic but have you seen the proposed new name for rover tickets that someone with too much time has come up with??

Oh dear...I think with "Off peak" as a ticket name, this could signal the start of the evening restrictions on former CDR tickets...
