From the FGW website :

Train services between Oxford and Banbury are being disrupted due to a broken down train. Engineers are working as fast as possible to restore services to normal. Short notice cancellations can be expected.

Replacement road transport is replacing First Great Western Services between Oxford and Banbury until further notice.
