Hi all, I am a Service Delivery Assistant for FGW in the South-West.  I have been lurking for a few months with interest, so now have braved to register and post!  Grin

Needless to say that any posts I make are that of my own opinion, and may not be that of FGW.

I look forward to contributing more and helping anyone where I can!  Smiley
