From the FGW website :

10:34 Redhill to Reading due 11:53
This train will be revised.It will additionally call at: Winnersh and Winnersh Triangle.This is due to a problem at a level crossing.

South West Trains are suspended between Bracknell and Wokingham with a replacement bus operating.
