My thanks to Andrew Pennington for the following info on the aspired enhanced frequency and pattern :

Similar to St Ives skipping Carbis Bay on alternative runs then.

Yeah, but skipping Perranwell wont cause anywhere near as much agro as skipping Carbis bay.

Perranwell is very lightly used so no big deal skipping it every hour, even hourly service is an improvement on the current service so Perranwell won't be any worse off.
