Today's 9.15 has been canned:

09:15 Bristol Temple Meads to Weymouth due 11:29
This train has been cancelled. This is due to a member of train crew being unavailable.

As the next service to Weymouth isn't until the mid afternoon from Westbury, would FGW have had to taxi passengers from Westbury to stations to Weymouth this morning off the Portsmouth train that runs a few minutes earlier?

Could any Bristol (and intermediate stations to Westbury) to Weymouth passenger travel via Southampton if direct train cancelled? Or do FGW have to do what Timmer suggests.

Also what about passengers from Frome/Yetminister/Yoevil etc. how do they get transport?
