With 2 added changes to people's journey's as it is along this line (buses from Ox to hanborough, buses from Shrub hill - hereford) I'm pretty sure this didn't go down too well atall. Hanborough is a pretty remote station, and an hour for the next service is a pretty long wait... Would passengers be held at Oxford or coached to shrub hill from oxford perhaps?
Either way, i'm sure people were not amused!
