From the FGW website :

10:35 London Paddington to Paignton due 13:55
This train will run short formed with 2 carriages between Exeter St Davids and Paignton.This is due to a member of train crew being unavailable.

14:31 Paignton to London Paddington due 18:09
This train will run short formed with 2 carriages between Paignton and Exeter St Davids.This is due to train crew having been unavailable earlier.
