Just been informed the service involved in the fatality at Acton tonight was the 21:36 OXF-PAD service.

Seems there's still residual delays of around 60-90 mins in the area up to Reading. Would have made for an interesting end to service at AML tonight as think we've had no Greenford service due to track works and no Heathrow Connect due to industrial action, so not sure what's been stopping at AML today.

As always, thoughts with those involved...
