Title: Re: Elizabeth Line Industrial Action - 2025 Post by: TaplowGreen on February 16, 2025, 11:37:13 I understand that the average train driver’s salary on the line is £72,465 for a 34-hour, four-day week - which would have risen by £3,261 to £75,726 under the proposed 4.5%.
I'm not sure it'll attract too much public sympathy, and 4.5% is comfortably above CPI. Is this dispute about more than money?
