Title: Is it a "train fault" when a train's in the wrong place?

06:50 Westbury to Weymouth due 08:25

06:50 Westbury to Weymouth due 08:25 has been cancelled.
This is due to a shortage of train crew.

09:32 Weymouth to Bristol Temple Meads due 11:49

09:32 Weymouth to Bristol Temple Meads due 11:49 will be started from Westbury.
It will no longer call at Weymouth, Upwey, Dorchester West, Maiden Newton, Chetnole, Yetminster, Thornford, Yeovil Pen Mill, Castle Cary, Bruton and Frome.
This is due to a fault on this train.

I have to wonder if the "fault on this train" might be its location - that it's in Westbury when it should be in Weymouth ...

Depends as to why it didn't get to Weymouth?

Because of ‘a shortage of train crew’ according to the quote in Graham’s post.
