What a liar, I have not resigned.

He has sacked me because I have gone against his mangement structure which quite frankly is awful.

We no longer have a nice atmosphere here, that was the reason I became a moderator but do you know what, Behind the Counter life is dissilusioned. It is built on unmade promises and although I would have stayed as a moderator it would be to fight for the normal members.

I have added a poll to see how much of a problem it is for individual users.

I just wanted to add, near the top of this thread, that the server issue was resolved a few days after this thread was posted.  At the  time of this thread starting, we were investigating so could not give a firm fix time nor analysis, and we appreciate that was frustrating for our users.  But there should be no issue into the future.
