Is it just me but the new FGW (First Great Western) website is not as good as the last one. Before, it had the live service updates section on its homepage which was excellent for people who had slow internet connection so they could have a quick glance at the page and can tell wheater or not their train was either delayed, changed or cancelled! Now, you have to click another hyperlink to get the live depatures.

But you can bookmark the disruptions page. Also means you get all of them and not just the top three.

"not relevant to most people looking at our website" was the response I got from theur web guy when I fed that exact feedback back to him.

One click thru was considered acceptable - at least its a large button for those accessing via mobiles

Also it might create a negative impression on visitors not interested in live train running.
