Did any members experience/have any knowledge of this? Sounds pretty awful, people still stranded at Paddington at 0430.

No TfL» (Transport for London - about) Rail services will run between London Paddington and Heathrow Terminal 4 between 23:20 on Saturday and 09:00 on Sunday.

Customers for these services should use alternative routes.

Yes got that, but I think the issue was that the promised provision of buses between London & Reading was chaotic & woefully inadequate, (GWR▸ (Great Western Railway) tweets seem to bear this out) to the point of eventually giving up & putting people in taxis at 0430.....apparently only one member of staff present to marshal the whole thing.

I wonder if there is any connection to the following:

Bit odd that one - the return working terminates at Reading - but for a different reason.

It will no longer call at London Paddington.

This is due to a shortage of train crew.
