Very, very much so.  I note, though, that the fuel will include components such as waste cooking oil, and wonder just how much more fish and chips, or in Scotland deep fried mars bars and chips, will have to be consumed to make this practical every day.

Seriously, though - an excellent step but just a step and not a total solution.
