Anyone else received a lapsed customer survey by email?

As far as I can remember, the survey wanders off topic as it's digging for information about ticket purchases - I buy both in person, online for collection, but don't often do ticket to smartphone purchases. The survey then asked if there was a good bribe that would persuade me to switch to electronic tickets - a free drink from the trolley, or the chance to win 1st class tickets... can't remember the third option... this would probably have been a good point to ask them if they'd read that Guardian article about how Sweden, while it's shut its ticket offices, has opened many other ticket purchasing opportunities.

As an aside, the survey closes with a request that if the customer would like to tell them more, with a link provided - I did have something more to say but the link returns a 404 (I've asked them to fix this...)

As another aside, this survey would have been triggered as I've not bought a ticket via their app for some time. SWR» (South Western Railway - about) also sling surveys and these are triggered should one log on to their wifi. I don't think GWR (Great Western Railway) are asking for an email address during wifi logins at the moment.
