From the FGW▸ (First Great Western) website :

05:41 Penzance to London Paddington due 11:23

This train will be started from St Austell.It will no longer call at: Penzance, Camborne, Redruth and Truro.This is due to a member of train crew being unavailable.

06:46 Bristol Temple Meads to Penzance due 11:24

This train will be terminated at Exeter St Davids.It will no longer call at: Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, Totnes, Ivybridge, Plymouth, Liskeard, Bodmin Parkway, Lostwithiel, Par, St Austell, Truro, Redruth, Camborne, Hayle, St Erth and Penzance.This is due to a member of train crew being unavailable.

08:15 Exeter St Davids to Penzance due 11:22

An additional train service has been planned to operate as shown 08:15 Exeter St Davids to Penzance due 11:22 run on 03/11/08.

Well it ran in the same timings, so presumably as many as usually would have done in Devon and Cornwall. Effectively the service appeared to have been just split into two?

The connection didn't stick at Exeter. 2C43 running around 30 minutes late, 2Z43 on time.

1A85 (0541 Pnz-Padd) TM▸ (Train Manager, or Ticket Machine, or Temple Meads (Bristol), depending on context) went sick at last minute I believe....
