I noticed on the FGW▸ (First Great Western) website that there is a line problem between Exeter St Davids and Penzance, Could this be at Dawlish or possibly Penzance?

Also why has the 10:06 HST▸ (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) from Paddington to Penzance been shortened to just 3 carriages instead of 8? I imagine you can barely move on it.

It was only 3 carriages to reading.  Ran as a turbo with HST▸ (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) onwards.

Apparently there is a 50mph Emergency Speed Restriction on the route from Devon - Cornwall.

Not surprising really, it really is awful out there, there can't be much grip on the railheads.
