As I posted elsewhere (under Thames Valley) I changed from the Connect to a Turbo at Hayes. Loking at the indicator it still showed a 10:53 Connect. When ther were other trains it was thiord however after the top trian departed it went to teh top and the lady made an "Announcemnet to the poor pasengers to wait for the 10:53. It then dropped back to the bottom this happened twice as the 14:57 ex Padd was behind the connect. It was only 2 car and fairly full.
