This morning HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex unveiled a nameplate on GWR▸ (Great Western Railway) Class 43 power car 43022.

The nameplate celebrates the diamond anniversary of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award youth awards programme. Also attached is the DofE Award crest.

Nameplate reads: The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Diamond Anniversary 1956-2016

HRH was in Swindon later to visit Uplands School, presumably he travelled down on the same HST▸ (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units))?
