Looking at the journey time requirements and train service provision of the new franchise, I think I can answer my own question, as a reduction in journey time of 10 minutes between Reading and Waterloo would mean two of those 4tph would probably have a calling pattern of:  Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Egham, Staines, Feltham, Clapham Junction and Waterloo.

However Table WA in the spreadsheet suggests that the 4 tph▸ (trains per hour) SX will all call at Vauxhall, Clapham Jn, Putney, Richmond, Twickenham, (amongst others), or am I reading it wrong?

Ah yes, I am reading it wrong, over that section of route the "4 in a circle" means the calls can be spread between the combined Windsor and Reading service of 8 tph.

In my defence I did write a couple of days ago that it was a weird way of showing the services...
