Thanks, vacman!

Can you give us any details - or is it all just too bad news to be shared with us passengers?  Undecided

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post (a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London), depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.

Just saw it lying around in one of the messrooms, it pointed out some of the pro's and con's of the "trials" that were conducted and what action they are taking to implement the new system properly, so they'll probably f**k it up some how!

I travelled back from London on the 1930 tonight, with a static trolley. Obvious that the two staff were very unenthusiastic, not least given all the negative feedback they were getting from customers.

This mornings HST (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) had a buffet, but no hot water due to boiler failure,  on two occasions I have tried to use the static trolley it had no hot drinks.
