Is it one of the many cycleways/footpath that County Durham Set up after the lines closed.
However, most of the over bridges seem to be of stone, rather than brick. So, apart from saying the bridge goes West to East, there is not much else I can add

Ding ding ding! We have a winner! Near the site of the former Port Clarence Station on the north bank of the River Tees, a stones throw from the Transporter Bridge.

For Frequent Posters there's a trip report coming up of my visit to, and tour of, the bridge. What I'll say here is it's a fantastic visitor attraction.

So that must be the Seal Sands branch. Travelled over that on the Tees Tyne Trekker in March 1993.
