The picture subject is obvious but where did I take it from?

Also which station did I walk from using only one form of free public transport.

The jetty close to the Wilcove Inn.

You walked from Devonport station and used the Torpoint Ferry.

It is indeed.
Made a very good day out. I had lunch at the Wilcove inn and then walked on to Antony house and woodland garden.
Took the bus back to Plymouth.

I was going to say you took it from Google Street View. That's almost the same viewpoint, but it lacks the resolution of yours.

Getting to this one involved a bus and a ferry that I had to pay on.

Correct. I took the Citybus service to the Cremyl ferry. After crossing over to Mount Edgcombe I walked to Maker Church and the cafe at Maker hights.

After lunch I walked down to Anderton, Insworke Quay and Millbrook. Then back to the ferry along the south side of Millbrook lake via Empacombe quay to Cremyl ferry.
