Junctions at which trains call only to let people change from one train to another.

I've not been to Sagliains ... but, yes, changed several times at Manulla.  Not purely interchanges - I have left the train at both Dovey Junction and Georgemas Junction.  Where else is left in the UK▸ (United Kingdom) that's primarily an interchange?

Bobadilla in Andalusia, Spain?

There are a lot of road bridges that go over railway lines that inform you that the track underneath goes there, but as far as I am aware it's just a rail junction
