I've not been to Sagliains ... but, yes, changed several times at Manulla.  Not purely interchanges - I have left the train at both Dovey Junction and Georgemas Junction.  Where else is left in the UK (United Kingdom) that's primarily an interchange?

Bobadilla in Andalusia, Spain?

There are a lot of road bridges that go over railway lines that inform you that the track underneath goes there, but as far as I am aware it's just a rail junction
