Four people were injured and taken to hospital after a four-vehicle crash on Bedminster Bridge at 3.45pm yesterday (link below.)

A number 24 single-decker First bus on its way from Lockleaze to Ashton Vale collided with a number 330 Bristol International Airport bus.

A Great Western Ambulance Service delivery van and a Volkswagen Polo were also involved in the incident.

First spokeswoman Melissa Warren said four people were taken to hospital, including two passengers and the drivers of two of the vehicles involved.

She said there would be a full investigation.
