Discounts have to be done at stations only as thetrainline's engine doesn't recognise them.

I used to buy my ticket from 'Dave' at Nailsea & Backwell each morning, at least partly in the hope that it would keep ours as a manned station.

It didn't - and it isn't now.   Angry
