Final version. It should add a bit of meat to all the recent theories about electrification on the GWML▸ (Great Western Main Line)'s ancillary routes, such as the B&H▸ (Berks and Hants - railway line from Reading to Taunton via Westbury), Plymouth, XC▸ (Cross Country Trains (franchise)) etc etc.
