Can we get the Royal Mail to utilise this NextGen technology? Looks like I will be buying another present for my nephew on Christmas Eve, as the one I ordered online has yet to be delivered.

Still awaiting items ordered from Amazon on 7 December.  Royal Mail have just not got their act together.  A larger item ordered from the same company on 15 December was delivered by courier two days later!  My son could be in for a disappointment this Christmas as I can't find the items anywhere else.

My colleague arrived home today to find his amazon parcel ordered late November (due 10th December) had been delivered today finally.. I am now hopeful that tomorrow will be "Amazon Friday".. There must be an Amazon mountain somewhere within the postal network..

If not however, they will be paying out a lot of compensation I think..

My Amazon parcel has arrived.  The sending address gave a big clue about the delay.  It was sent from that part of the north pole formerly known as Scotland.  :-)
