Trying to work out what's behind this. Can't be a problem with selective door opening as Newbury can take a full HST^▸ . It might be another train broken down and occupying the platform line at Newbury - but why would that affect Hungerford? Train called at Pewsey so can't have been diverted.

Perhaps I just have too much time on my hands...... Grin

Is it just trying to pick up time. There are likely to be alternatives to Newbury and even Hungerford, but not Pewsey.

Don't have exact info, but it did run normal route after the set was turned using Reading Triangle, so must have been a powercar issue.

Genius has the delay slightly off but the reason is as follows:
